These are authentic OEM parts for the Beautyrest Luxury Black or Serta Motion Custom Adjustable Bed Series Twin, XL, Full, Queen, or Split King or Cal King size. We include pictures of the remotes these are compatible with for reference (remotes not included). This kit will not work with Divided "Syncronized" King bases (only use one remote) or the Serta Motion Plus, Essentials, or the Motion Perfect 1.0, 2.0, II, and III adjustable bases (see our other listings) .We include instructions to help install the brackets as well as all of the pieces shown in the picture. Serta has made over 50 bed bases over the years so you must make sure you have the correct model. These are expensive to ship due to the weight so make sure you're getting the right unit
